This program is based in coaching methodology and as a participant you understand that you are responsible for your own results. This process is in no way to be construed as psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or any type of therapy. In the event the participant feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the participant to seek a licensed professional.
The participants understand that all sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants. Once you sign up and your payment is processed there will be no refund or credit since participants get access to all content.
Those selecting the 5 easy payment program will be charged the installment amount every 2-weeks beginning at the time of registration. Payment will be processed via paypal and we accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Because of the nature and structure of the program, once registration is complete there is no cancellation or refund. In the event an dispute arises participant agrees to settle any dispute via arbitration in the State of Michigan and understands that the decision of the arbitrator is both binding and ineligible for appeal.
The Client recognizes that the weekly sessions will be recorded and shared in modular format with other participants. In an effort to protect participant confidentiality we recommend the use of first names only. Individual sessions will remain strictly confidential. Participants may share any portion of their individual sessions with others. The Coach can only share in a manner that protects the identity of participants.
