Module 1: Create Your Personal Vision of Success
Without a clear destination, you cannot make a plan to get you there. Your personal vision for success will allow you to take stock of where you are now and incorporate the lessons learned with your values, goals and objectives across every area of your life to create a Personal Success Vision that will not only inspire you but will motivate you to manifest that vision. By understanding your Desire Drivers and clearing yourself of what has stopped you in the past you will be ready to embrace the vision you have created for yourself.
You will:
Find the spot called you are here - understanding what got you where you are and what that means for your future
Identify your true desires apart from the expectations of others
Examine your personal values and determine the role they will play in your future
Define what work life balance means for you and what you need to maintain the balance
Define your day in the life
Module 2: Set Yourself Up for Success
Often times once we have defined what success looks like we realize we are not fully set up to achieve what we want. At this point most of us get busy doing “anything” instead of the “right” things that will make our desires reality. Miss this and you are likely to find it will either take you much longer to achieve your goal or you may never reach it.
You will:
Identify the resources you have that can support your vision
Determine the resources you need to support your vision and create a plan to access those resources
Create an enrollment plan to get those you need to support your vision on board with your plan (both personally and professionally)
Module 3: Pave the Way
At this point in the process it is time to identify and create a plan to eliminate the roadblocks and barriers that have been holding you back.
You will:
Identify the deeply held beliefs you have about your own potential and success that are preventing you from achieving
Identify the pitfalls and challenges you may face along your journey and develop strategies to prevent, address and recover
Claim your success
Define your brand image
Create your public story
Module 4: Design your Road Map
This is where your future begins to really take shape. You will create the step-by-step action plan necessary to achieve your definition of success.
You will:
Develop a timeline for achieving your stated success objectives
Identify critical milestones and rewards for milestone achievement
Create the plan to engage and enroll your supporters and advocates

At this point in the planning process it is time to make a clear commitment to implement your road map. We will discuss strategies for taking action and adjusting your plan as "life" shows up.
You Will:
Make a bold declaration of your future
Define the steps necessary to keep you motivated
Create a plan to celebrate your successes
Define and commit to your initial next step
Create a plan for constant renewal and examination of your plan

ALL SESSIONS BEGIN @ 11AM ET AND RUN APPROXIMATELY 75 MINS.
So specifically what do we get as a part of the class?
5 group sessions led by Cornelia - In these 75 minute sessions we will cover the content outlined in each of the modules with plenty of time to discuss your individual questions and for some coaching and consulting to apply the step to your individual situation.
Sessions will be held on Tuesday’s beginning at 11:00am EST. All sessions will be recorded so do not worry if you miss a session.
Weekly review of your field work and plan development - You will be able to submit your fieldwork to me to review on a weekly basis. I will provide you with feedback and suggestions via email.
An open Q&A call in the middle of the program - to handle any issues that have come up and help you move beyond where you may be “stuck” as you begin to live into this new vision.
One Private Coaching Session with Cornelia - to be used towards the end of the program to finalize your plan and ensure a smooth transition.
A Free Seat in a Future Career of Contribution Program - Since this is the inaugural class, you may want to go through the program again to experience the updates and changes based on your feedback. Whenever you are ready just let me know.

How does it work?
Once you register you will receive an enrollment form to prepare for an initial session with Cornelia prior to the first group session.
The course will meet for 6 weeks every Tuesday beginning either November 15, 2011 or January 3, 2012 at 11:00am EST on a conference call number to be provided upon registration. Sessions will be about 75 minutes each. Midway through the course one session will be dedicated to answering your questions as you plan for your future.
At the conclusion of the course you will meet with Cornelia for a final session to review your plan!
